Te Whare Angitū

Te Whata Tau ō Pūtauaki is a kura-ā-iwi that stands as a beacon for the values and attributes of Ngā Kura-ā-Iwi that allows us to form and shape our own success criteria for our tamariki, mokopuna and uri whakaheke. Te Whare Angitū sits as the scaffold that allows us to ensure that we can plan for success and achievement according to our marau-ā-kura and kaupapa whānui. Te Whare Angitū also allows us to ensure that we create a learning environment that tends to all the needs of our tamariki regardless of their learning abilities. This ensures that we have the ability to stretch our thinking and shape our focus around our tamariki from across a range of kaupapa and rautaki ako. Te Tihi o Angitū in the form of Tukuihotanga, Uri Whai Mana Motuhake, Oranga and Mātauranga encourages us as kaiako, whānau and hāpori to push pas fear and strive for the future (Milroy, W).
